Blue Armor Security is owned and operated by Willie Ng, a Chinese-Hispanic American, whose late grandfather, Mr. Gim See Ng, immigrated from China then fought in World War II for the U.S. Army. After the war, the late Mr. Gim Ng owned multiple restaurants in downtown San Antonio which included the popular restaurant Jimmy’s Café. Established in October 2003, Willie Ng was the only employee at Blue Armor Security. Over the past 2 ½ years, Blue Armor Security has grown rapidly and has created over 60 jobs in the San Antonio area with over 20 contracts. Blue Armor Security is currently bidding on several contracts with the potential of providing over 15 additional jobs in San Antonio. Blue Armor Security is projected to exceed $1,200,000 in revenue in 2008.

In 2007, Blue Armor Security Training Academy was established. The Academy provides state regulated training to any Security Officer in the state of Texas and qualified individuals interested in a career in security services. Blue Armor Security provides State Level Tests 1, 2, 3 & 4, Concealed Handgun License and Mandatory Continuing Education. The State Level 4 qualifies a Security Officer to conduct personal protection for dignitaries, celebrities and city officials.

Willie Ng is a member of the Stone Oak Advisory Committee and is also involved in local activities that promote crime prevention and safety awareness through community and business meetings, seminars, presentations and articles throughout San Antonio.

Willie Ng was recently deputized as a Special Federal Deputy Marshall and is currently assigned to the United States Secret Service Task Force.
