Frost is a Preferred SBA Lender and participates in SBA programs around the state. In 1998, Frost created a "Borrowing Guide For Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs" as a way of helping small businesses and entrepreneurs understand business lending and to help them start the documentation process that is needed during the lending process.
