P3S with its core values, abilities and commitment to succeed – grew from one employee to 13 by the end of 2005. One year later, there were 36 P3S employees, a 262% growth. In 2007, the company grew another 712% to 146 employees. Even in 2008, as the rest of the country slipped into a deep recession, P3S grew another 105% to 280 employees in 22 states. Today, P3S Corporation employs more than 348 team members across 25 states. One of the greatest accomplishments of P3S Corporation is to be able to employ people during these tough economic times and improve the quality of life for their P3S family members by providing superior medical benefits and compensation packages. In the 8(a) Program since February 2006, Ms. Trevino states, "The 8(a) Program is working as intended, and has opened many doors for P3S Corporation." One of the biggest milestones for P3S was being able to secure a Multiple Award contact valued at $100 Million with the Department of Health and Human Services.
