Ms. Lecea came to San Antonio as a single parent and founded Professional Performance in 1984. Her family supported her dream and helped her get started.

With diligence, tenacity, and Guiding Purpose as driving forces, Ms. Lecea began her company in 1984 with two employees and one contract on a four digit income. Since then she has grown and expanded the company, providing degreed and technically skilled civilian key support to our servicemen, our government and commercial entities in the areas of healthcare, social services, biomedical science, research, information technology, education and other professional services. Under her leadership, Professional Performance has managed sites in 38 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as international sites in Mexico, Germany and Belgium with as many as 600 employees worldwide.

Professional Performance has grown into a highly unified organization whose hallmarks are integrity, efficiency and productivity.
