Casias Construction LLC was established on December 18, 2003 by Domingo R. Casias with the assistance of his son Frank D. Casias. After retiring from Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, with 29 years of civilian service and 3 years active service in the Army, Domingo R. Casias started Casias Construction. In October 2006, Frank D. Casias, a University of Texas at Austin graduate, who was with Browning Construction Co. joined his father's company on a full time basis. With 25 years of construction experience, Frank D. Casias brought his knowledge and commitment to the small, but successful and fast growing firm. Casias Construction LLC is certified HUB by the State of Texas, SBE/MBE/DBE certified by South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency and is MBE certified by the Central and South Texas Minority Business Council. It is also an SBA 8(a), HUBZone, and DBE certified firm.
Currently Domingo, Frank, and Domingo's grandson Frank III work together in the
business. The remaining 20 employees who make up the Casias Construction LLC
staff are considered part of the Casias' extended family. "Our employees are the key
component of our success", stated Frank D. Casias - Operations Manager. The
company’s philosophy is to develop the employees and provide opportunities for
leadership roles within the company. The success of the staff is the basis for the
success of the company.

The result of this philosophy has led to repeat clients such as HEB Grocery Company,
Sea World of Texas, The Beck Group and Southwest Research Institute
